Rides And Events
Check this page often for updated listings of all types of cycling events in and around our area.
Rides require, at minimum, an appropriate bike in good working order, water, and a helmet. We suggest a spare tube and energy food as well. Many rides are held subject to weather. It's a good idea to confirm dates, times, and any specific requirements.
Some of these events may require fund-raising to benefit charitable organizations. Contact the event coordinator for details. Event Submission Form

KLM Hot Dog BBQ & Trail Ride
When: Sundays 6pm
Where: Diffrent Location Every week, Call KLM or check out Facebook for this weeks location!
This is a “trail” oriented mountain bike ride. We are going back to the reason we all fell in love with mountain biking, riding singletrack. We take our time on the climbs, regroup, and ride down as fast as we can. This ride is for intermediate to advanced riders. No drop. Rides will average about 10 miles at a social 10 mph pace. Full suspension is the best tool for this ride, although any mountain bike will do!
Slow and social on two track.
Fast on the singletrack with frequent stops to regroup.
Riders are encouraged to climb slow and descend faster.
Stony Creek: Meet us at the West Branch Parking lot F, just up the hill from the main trailhead.
Riverbends: We meet at Main Mountain Bike Parking off 22 Mile Road.
Addison Oaks: We meet at Main Mountain Bike Parking Inside Addison Oaks.
KLM's Thursday Dirt Gravel Road Ride
Formerly Known as "Duck Pond" Thursday Night Dirt "TND" is our weekly gravel road ride.
A group - 19+ mile per hour average - this is a drop group.
B group - 16-17 mile per hour average - No Drop.
Both groups start together and the B leader and any B group riders will wait for anyone at the intersection of 28 Mile and Mount Vernon. If you are in the A group - just keep going there.
Depending on the speed of the two groups on any given night:
- The A may turn left at 34 mile for the hammer loop.
- The B group may turn right at 34 Mile so that the ride will finish at about the same time.
CX or MTB.
Starts at the gravel parking lot attached to the Rochester Mills Beer Co.
This is a fun, fast pace, dirt road ride hosted by our team riders! 2 hours of the scenic and hilly gravel roads north of Rochester, followed by drinks at the Rochester Mills!
